Ye olde Retford Museum

Retfords olde museum is 'cool'. Just open after 18 months of renovation, the Retford Museum in Amcott House held the Country Life fair. Reconnected with rural life, though you're never far away in this area, the land that time forgot. The museum is stunning and a place not to be missed on a visit to this area. Local history from the Bronze age, Romans, Pilgrim Fathers, and the last 100 years including some great artwork. Sadly nothing on me.

Hodsock snowdrops

I be sure that the snowdrop display at Hodsock be better every year, but what a lot of people. Apparantly the busiest sunday ever, though luckily its quiet early on for me to enjoy them at their best. Tis the best time of year as the forest starts to wake.
